Teignmouth Harbour Commission is looking to rehome this Leisure 23, a classic four-berth family sailing cruiser, rather than see it broken up.
The boat is in good overall condition, watertight, and underwent a partial refurbishment last year. The hull was cleaned and antifouled, and the rig was inspected and repaired where required. All sails are included, with the mainsail under a boom cover and the jib on a furling forestay.
The original inboard engine was removed some years ago, and an outboard motor bracket has been fitted, ready for an outboard installation.
The interior would benefit from some finishing work, and the cabin washboards will need replacing, making this a great project for someone looking to get a capable family cruiser back on the water.
