THC – CEO and Harbour Master
I am pleased to announce that from 1st May 2023 Toby Dean will be the interim CEO of Teignmouth Harbour Commission and Humphrey Vince will be Acting Harbour Master.
Toby was a Captain in the Merchant Navy prior to running his own Marine Survey Business and a local boat owner.
Humphrey Vince worked in the fishing industry prior to joining the Harbour Commission in 2007 and is currently deputy Harbour Master.
