The Base line for the annual review of Mooring Licence Charges is the RPI Figure for July announced in August, is usually passed to the Consultative Group at the September meeting for invoices in October.  There being no CG meeting in September the annual review is announced as follows:

The RPI in July 2018 was 3.2% and there being no extenuating circumstances to deviate from this figure, the Mooring Licence Charges along with all other mooring associated charges will increase by 3.2% from 01 January 2019 with the exception of the Watercraft Registration charge which will remain at £10 for the year and the Visitor Mooring Charge which will increase from £1.40 to £1.50/m per day/night.
